Terms of Service

This is a legal agreement between you and Safety Now Solutions LLC (Etrazos), governing your use of the Etrazos.com website and mobile applications. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use Etrazos.
Personal Use Only
You may only create and maintain one account for your personal use.
Criminal History
You affirm that you have never been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender.
2. Use of the Services
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account updated.
Membership Types
Basic Membership: Free access to limited features
Premium Membership: Paid subscription with unblurred photos, advanced messaging, and custom filters
Auto-Renewal
Your paid membership automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends. Cancel through account settings or contact info@etrazos.com.
3. Content and User Conduct
Prohibited Content
You may not post or transmit content that:
- Is hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or illegal
- Harasses or impersonates others
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Includes spam, scams, or malicious code
Safety First
You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. Review our Safety Tips and exercise caution.
Content Rights
You retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for operating the Service.
4. Privacy and Data Use
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
Virginia Consumer Rights (VCDPA)
Under Virginia law, users have rights to:
- Access your data
- Correct or delete your data
- Opt out of data processing for targeted advertising

As of July 1, 2025, we do not collect or share reproductive or sexual health information without your affirmative, informed consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
All content and technology on Etrazos belongs to Safety Now Solutions LLC or its licensors.
User Content License
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for operating services.
6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
3-Day Refund (VA)
Virginia residents may cancel within 3 business days for a full refund. Email with subject "3-Day Cancellation".
Termination
The company may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement or harmful behavior, without refund.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Service Provided "As-Is"
Etrazos is provided as-is and as available. The company makes no guarantees regarding:
- Match quality or compatibility
- Availability or uptime
- Accuracy of profiles
- Conduct of other users
Liability Limitation
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the incident.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes resolve in Fairfax County, Virginia courts.
Mandatory Arbitration
You agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
No Class Actions
You waive your right to participate in class actions. Only individual claims are permitted. Small claims court exception applies.
9. Changes to These Terms
The company may update these Terms. For material changes:
- Notify you via email or in-app message at least 30 days in advance
- Update the Effective Date at the top of this document
Your continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Etrazos.
Severability: If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our written consent.
